Navigating Change and Uncertainty
Designed for Individuals / Teams Impacted by Change, this interactive program equips participants with practical tools to manage stress, build resilience, and embrace change as an opportunity for growth. Through self-reflection, group exercises, and the Change Style Indicator, attendees learn to re-frame negative reactions, communicate effectively, and use curiosity to turn uncertainty into positive action—empowering individuals and teams to adapt confidently in times of transition.
Balanced ChangeTM Program with Certification
Designed for Change Managers, this course gives practical learning and tools to manage change. This course offers 16 PDUs with the ACMP, and has an optional post-course certification that includes completing a case study project.
