Program

Levvel’s Navigating Change and Uncertainty program is an interactive learning experience designed to help individuals and teams build resilience and thrive amid constant change. It can be delivered as a stand-alone Program or as a companion to the Leading Change Program. Participants will learn how to recognize and respond to common reactions to change, understand their personal change style, and develop skills for re-framing challenges and getting curious about new opportunities.

Leading Strategic Change 

Executive Leaders will learn the fundamentals of change management, clarify their role in shaping vision and defining success,
and gain practical tools for leading change effectively.

Leading Change 

Middle Leadership levels will learn the fundamentals of change, their role in translating the strategic vision to team-level impact, effectively leading through change, and what information and materials they need to be successful.

Integrating Change

Project Managers, Change Managers, and Leaders will learn the fundamentals of change management, and how to integrate change management and project management plans to drive success. This program focuses on the partnership between these two roles and the criticality of being in lock-step.

Navigating Change and Uncertainty

Designed for Individuals / Teams Impacted by Change, this interactive program equips participants with practical tools to manage stress, build resilience, and embrace change as an opportunity for growth. Through self-reflection, group exercises, and the Change Style Indicator, attendees learn to re-frame negative reactions, communicate effectively, and use curiosity to turn uncertainty into positive action—empowering individuals and teams to adapt confidently in times of transition.

Balanced ChangeTM Program with Certification

Designed for Change Managers, this course gives practical learning and tools to manage change. This course offers 16 PDUs with the ACMP, and has an optional post-course certification that includes completing a case study project.
