What is Organizational Change Management (OCM)
The goal of OCM is to help individuals, teams, and organizations transition from a current state to a desired future state to ensure a return on investment and produce lasting results. We profile the change to determine who is impacted and how; prepare and support leaders to lead their people through change; and  identify, analyze, prioritize and mitigate issues and concerns (risk), that come from those impacted by the change.
