Brian Milloy
Co-founder | President & CEO
As co-founder of Levvel, trust and integrity are the values I hold dear and are what guide me in life, both personally and professionally and this is where the core of Levvel philosophy comes from. I was born in Montreal, Quebec. Several decades, companies, and Canadian cities later I arrived in Calgary, Alberta, which I now call home. For over 30 years, I’ve had the privilege to work with, and learn from, some amazing people in several world-class organizations across Canada. I have held a variety of roles in the Information Technology space, beginning as a software developer, solutions architect, project manager and executive. During this time, I’ve experienced first-hand, the dramatic advancements and evolution of information technology and how it has changed the way companies and people do business with each other. Technology is my trade, but people are my passion and business done right is my drive.
Chantal Milloy
Co-founder | COO
I was born in Montreal and raised in Calgary and am fluent in French and English. As Chief Operating Officer for Levvel, I’m responsible for all operational staff and processes across People & Culture (HR), Administration, Marketing & Communications, Technology and Finance along with providing guidance for our Organizational Change Management Solutions.
I’m the Chair of the Board of Directors for Distress Centre Calgary (DCC), a non-profit organization dedicated to providing 24-hour crisis support and life counselling at no cost to Albertans. As well as a board member for the Alberta Chapter of the BlackNorth Initiative, an organization working hard to remove systemic barriers negatively affecting the lives of Black Canadians and a Women of Inspiration SupportHER® award recipient.
As co-founder of Levvel, I’m passionate about equality, equity, inclusion, and diversity, but know there is much to learn, both personally and professionally, on how to do better and how to foster change in others. This will be a lifelong journey.
Courtney Weiss
Head of Strategy & Client Solutions
I am a passionate and experienced change professional skilled in assessing risk, scoping change initiatives and mentoring and coaching Change Teams. Experience in building change maturity models and developing organization-specific metrics, allows clients to measure the success of change. I've led multiple Digital Transformations and Merger/Acquisition changes, as well as many organizational structure, process improvement, and technical implementation changes.
As a mother of two busy active boys, and like most parents, navigating change encompasses my personal life too. A native of the Saskatchewan prairies, my family (including my two big fluffy dogs) love to spend time outdoors hiking the Rockies in Alberta.
Allanah Poirier
Head of Operations
I was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta and have gone from being a city girl to country living. I immerse myself in everything I do which on a farm has led to some pretty hilarious situations… need I say more about fending off a particularly hormonal cow?…. On most days though, you can find me having a drink with my chickens, taking walks with my dogs and cats and tending to my garden.
In terms of career, prior to working with Levvel I held positions spanning multiple industries including medical, finance and beauty. This experience gave me the opportunity to work in some unique situations including a fashion runway! Which is far from the computer desk I sit behind now. However, the skills I learned working in such roles prepared me uniquely for my current role as Head of Operations.
In my role with Levvel, I have leveraged this experience to bring results in technology implementation, process improvement, and lead business administrative functions. While I enjoyed working with clients in a front facing role, I thrive on improving operational efficiency and am always looking for ways to become more organized and streamlined.
Always the student, I am keen to build on my current skill set and grow personally and professionally. I am excited about the opportunities that lay ahead with this fantastic team

I am an authentic professional with a natural ability to inspire others and share meaningful conversations to positively contribute to their growth. By fostering a collaborative spirit that is dedicated to driving business results through people, I thrive in environments that promote relationships built on trust and thoughtful leadership.
Originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba, I take great pride in my French-Canadian heritage and the opportunities for growth that bilingualism has provided in roles across the oil and gas and telecommunications industries.
Working alongside diverse teams at all levels, I have led various change management business and digital transformations and contributed to the successful integration of a net-new Change Management office within an organization.
I am passionate about personal and professional transformation, and my greatest reward comes from actively supporting others on their change journey, overcoming challenges, and celebrating successes.
Leading with heart and empowering people to enable successful change remains a theme that continues to propel the success of my diverse work experiences.
Brigitte Mundy
Business Administrator
Born in Montreal Quebec, we moved to Calgary when I was a child, and along with my adult children we still call it home. With French-Canadian parents the transition to the prairies fostered my love and fluency of both French and English.
For over 20 years my loyalty and dedication supported a leading automotive company, and a start-up pharmaceutical company. As technology evolved, I embraced various roles to advance the organizations. From customer service to internal HR management to on-line distribution manager, I didn’t just have to accept change, it was innate!
Driven by enthusiasm, positivity, and the desire to do the best by those that I work with, has always been my narrative.
