We’re pleased to announce that effective May 1, 2025, Levvel Inc. finalized an Asset Purchase Agreement with Procom Consultants Group Ltd., under which Procom has acquired all assets of Levvel’s Talent Division (Staffing and Recruitment Services). 

Procom, a proudly Canadian-owned and privately held corporation, is Canada’s largest provider of IT recruitment services, with 500 employees across 19 offices in North America. Their scale, reputation, and people-first approach make them a natural fit to carry forward our staffing and recruitment legacy. 

A New Chapter for Levvel: Focused on Organizational Change Management 

This transition marks a pivotal moment for Levvel. Going forward, we will focus exclusively on our core strength: Organizational Change Management (OCM). The capital from this asset sale will be reinvested directly into expanding and innovating within our OCM practice—allowing us to deepen our impact and continue supporting our clients as a trusted OCM Partner in Transformational Change
