Virtual Workshop 1:

Redefining Productivity in Uncertain Times

In this session, leaders will have the time and space to rethink what productivity means. Using the proven Balanced Change approach, leaders will define what remote productivity looks like. They will determine how to measure success, measure the gap from here to there, define key risks to success, and create a plan to help people accept and adopt the new view of productivity.

This workshop is broken into components:

2 virtual workshop sessions that support leaders in their learning journey and provide the tools to define a solid change plan
1 personal coaching session providing customized 1-on-1 support

Total commitment time: 5 hours

Virtual Workshop 2:

Return to Work Plan

There’s one question on everyone’s mind right now. What is the plan as we begin to return to work? Your organization likely has a phased approach for bringing employees back to the office safely, but are you prepared to manage the fears and emotions of your team that come with it? In this workshop, leaders will learn how to define success in the return to work from a people perspective and manage risk along the way. Participants will learn factors that make for successful change, assess risk against them, and build a change plan tailored to their needs.

This workshop is broken into components:

Balanced Change Professional Certification for your internal teams

If you are a leader accountable for the change function or a leader/employee responsible for managing change within your organization, Levvel offers Balanced Change Certification Programs that can be run on client site. Our certification programs qualify for provincial job grants, allowing you to re-coup up to two-thirds of the cost.

Overview

Develop and implement change strategies and plans. The Balanced Change Professional Certification Program is designed to provide emerging change practitioners the opportunity to learn the Levvel methodology and to apply the concepts and tools to real changes happening in their organizations.

A change model and practice that honors the evolution of change and advances its historical legacy as a platform to lead, manage, and measure engagement.

Objectives

Develop a working knowledge of the Levvel Balanced Change Approach
Identify the potential organizational and individual resistance that will impact the success of a change
Design, build, & implement an initial change strategy and plan
Define the impact of organizational culture and history on successful implementations
Discover ways to assess and enhance the skills of people charged with making changes happen, such as leaders who serve as Sponsors
Design Communication, Learning, Reinforcement, and Support for Leader action plans that address stakeholder resistance and appropriately modify behavior
Develop a basic plan to monitor project results to make sure that desired business outcomes are satisfied
Demonstrate the ability to effectively apply the Levvel Balanced Change Approach
