You may opt out of such future contact, meaning you can ask us to no longer send you e-mails or direct mail. Every direct mail piece or e-mail that we send you will detail how you may opt out of being contacted.

Handling Payments

Payment processing services enable this Application to process payments by credit card. To ensure greater security, this Application shares only the information necessary to execute the transaction with the financial intermediaries handling the transaction.

Some of these services may also enable the sending of timed messages to the User, such as emails containing invoices or notifications concerning the payment.

Cancellation and/or reschedule requests must be received in writing by email. You are responsible for ensuring that Levvel receives your written request. Attendees must cancel more than 15 business days prior to the course date to receive a full refund. A 3% credit card processing fee is subtracted to all refunds. Cancellation requests received 4 to 14 business days prior to the course date will result in a credit toward attendance at a future session. Cancellations made 3 or less business days prior to the course date, or failure to appear for the seminar, will result in forfeiture of the course fee.

The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to help protect your personal information including without limitation:

Limiting access to your personal information to those of our employees who require it to provide services to you; ensuring that third-party service providers’ policies respect the confidentiality of your personal information and that they commit to not using it for any unauthorized purposes; storing your personal information in secure computer systems which protect it from unauthorized access or use.
