Levvel is Socialed -Up on LinkedIn and Instagram. After all, our meetings are mostly virtual, so we are all staying present and as social as we can to let clients, and prospects know what we off and what we have going on.
On our platform, I had a question from a follower who said – “your tag-line is Business in Balance, I like it, is it just clever wording and branding, or does it mean something?” Wow, great question! I honestly had a flood of responses come to mind – sure it’s clever wording and yes, it is part of our business brand but it’s so much more than that. Led by our co-founders it represents how we operate in every aspect of life, it’s offering a balanced perspective to our clients, it’s looking at the whole picture to approach a project with a great understanding of the operations and the people involved, it’s embracing the world as a global citizen and being inclusive, it’s equalizing accountability, and it’s part of our values. Integrity, putting people-first, and humility.
Humility stems from the Latin word Humus which means earth (a rich and nutrient-filled soil) and is also the root word for human. It’s derived from the word humilitas, one who is grounded or near to the earth but then supports the ability to blossom and grow and reach beyond.
Business in Balance is being grounded in who we are – a level-headed methodology and understanding that humans/people are the grounding foundation of any business.
Integrity stems from the Latin word ‘integer’ which means whole and complete. An inner sense of ‘wholeness’ and consistency of character. When you are living with integrity, people should be able to visibly see it through your actions, words, decisions, methods, and outcomes. When you are ‘whole’ and consistent, there is only one you. You bring that same you wherever you are, regardless of the circumstance. You don’t have a ‘work you,’ a ‘family you,’ and a ‘social you.’ You are you all the time.
These values balance, ground, and bring wholeness. As a business philosophy of Levvel’s, it’s a conscious choice and we all strive to bring this authenticity to business regardless of the situation. Business in Balance – in all our internal business functions and external outcomes. levvel.ca
