It helps leaders understand how people feel, behave, and respond to change across ten climate factors, so you can reduce resistance, strengthen trust, and build the readiness that sustainable adoption depends on.

Let’s get real

## If these are hard to answer, this is a good place to start.

1. Are leaders modelling the change consistently, or is their support reactive and uneven?
2. Do people feel safe to voice concerns, and do they trust leadership?
3. Is communication clear, frequent, and transparent, or are rumours filling the gaps?
4. Are people engaged and connected to the purpose, or is apathy and burnout setting in?
5. Does the culture support learning, innovation, and flexibility?
6. Is there a history of change fatigue that could undermine the next effort?
7. Do teams have the time, people, and tools the change actually requires?
8. Are the systems and processes people rely on aligned with where the change is taking them?
9. Are people genuinely ready and prepared, with clarity about the process and its outcomes?
10. Is uncertainty being managed, or are anxiety and speculation filling the void?
