# Balanced Change™ Program

The Balanced Change™ Program is our proprietary, ACMP-qualified training that builds real-world change capability. Run it on-site to build capability across an internal team, or take it as an individual for 16 PDUs through ACMP, with the option to earn the Certified Balanced Change™ Professional (CBCP) designation through a post-course certification. Either way, you learn by applying the five phases of Balanced Change™ to a real change.

Who it’s for

## Built for teams, and for individuals.

The Balanced Change™ Program works two ways: as capability-building for an internal team, delivered on your site, or as a certification path for individual practitioners who want the credential and the PDUs.

### For your internal team

Delivered on your site and applied to the real changes happening in your organization, the program builds a shared change capability across your team, so everyone works from the same Balanced Change™ playbook.

### For individuals

For emerging and practicing change professionals, the program is a certification path. Completing it earns 16 PDUs through ACMP, and an optional post-course certification, a case study project applied to a real change, leads to the Certified Balanced Change™ Professional (CBCP) designation.

1. You are a leader accountable for the change function
2. You are a leader or employee responsible for managing change in your organization
3. You are an emerging change practitioner pursuing certification and PDUs

What you’ll learn

## What you will walk away able to do.

1. Identify the organizational and individual concerns that will impact a change
2. Define the impact of organizational culture and history on successful implementation
3. Design, build, and implement an initial change strategy and plan
4. Assess and enhance the skills of the people who make change happen, including sponsors
5. Design communication, learning, reinforcement, and leadership-support plans that address stakeholder concerns
6. Develop a plan to monitor adoption, so the desired business outcomes are met

Program outline

## Five phases, applied to a real change.

The program follows the five phases of Balanced Change™. Participants apply each phase to a real change, so the tools and the mindset carry straight into the work.

### Profile the change

Map who is impacted and how, and baseline readiness and risk.

02

### Analyze the profile

Assess change climate and fatigue, evaluate leader readiness, and rank the adoption risks.

03

### Create the plans

Build the integrated plan: communication, learning, reinforcement, and leadership support.

04

### Implement the plans

Deliver, reinforce, and monitor adoption as the change lands.

05

### Transition and sustain

Measure results and hand a lasting change capability to the organization.

## Recognized, and built to count.

Balanced Change™ is recognized through ACMP, so the time your people invest carries professional weight. Completing the program earns PDUs; the Certified Balanced Change™ Professional (CBCP) designation is earned through the optional post-course certification.
